There's a little known axinite locale in Gogebic County, Michigan, and i was shown this spot a couple of years ago.  as far as I know, there are only five people int he worlds that know about it.  The axinite isn't the best, but it's one of the only occurrences this side of the Mississippi River.   Attractively mounted in a 1¼" perky box.
